1. Privacy Policy GDPR / DSGVO Compliant
This policy informs you about the processing of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/DSGVO).
1.1 Data Collection & Legal Basis
We process data based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract fulfillment) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interests in security and moderation):
- Authentication: Email, name, and profile picture via Google OAuth.
- User Content: Images and texts uploaded to our servers.
- Safety Processing: Images are processed via Google Vision API (Backend) to detect prohibited content.
- Infrastructure: Data is securely stored on DigitalOcean Spaces (S3-compatible storage).
1.2 Your Rights (Art. 15-21 GDPR)
You have the following rights regarding your data:
- Right to Access: Request a copy of your stored data.
- Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate data (e.g., via Profile settings).
- Right to Erasure ("Right to be forgotten"): Request full deletion of your account.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: You can revoke data processing at any time by deleting your account.
1.3 Data Deletion & 30-Day Safety Period
To comply with GDPR and prevent accidental data loss:
- In-App Deletion: Go to "Settings" -> "Delete Account". Your account is deactivated immediately. All data is permanently purged after 30 days.
- Direct Request: Contact rechnungen124@gmail.com for manual removal.
2. Terms of Use (EULA)
Usage is subject to a Zero-Tolerance Policy regarding objectionable content:
- Age Requirement: Minimum age 13 years.
- Prohibited: Violence, hate speech, harassment, and pornography.
- Moderation: We use AI-based automated scanning (Google Vision) and human review. Violations lead to immediate suspension.
- Reporting/Blocking: Users can report inappropriate content and block users directly in the app. All reports are handled within 24 hours.

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material. Proactive AI-detection is active. Any illegal findings will be reported to NCMEC or relevant authorities.
